Arrest in Pit Bull Case

Authorities catch up with a White County
man who is now charged with 23 counts of cruelty to animals.
Police arrested Donald Jolly Friday.
At his home near Bald Knob, sheriff`s deputies found more than
20 pit bulls, chained, with no food or water. They say there was
also evidence the dogs were being trained to fight. Jolly says
he was training the dogs to catch hogs, and intended to move
them to his new property in another county.
Friday, the Pulaski County Humane Society took the dogs, to an
undisclosed location.
