Two Men Arrested, Charged With Shooting Pit Bulls

Keith Kynock and Todd Soderberg, both 26, are charged with malicious killing of a domestic animal and Soderberg faces CBS
an additional charge of illegal possession of a firearm.
Kynock took possession of the two pit bulls from a friend who was moving, but found that the dogs were not getting along with another pit bull he already owned.
Investigators say Kynock and Soderberg put the dogs in the trunk of a car and drove them to a wooded area in West Barnstable.
"They both had AR-15s and let the dogs looses on this dirt path and as the dogs ran up the path, they opened fire," said Sgt. The dogs were shot 37 times

The dogs original owner saw the animals on the news and contacted police.
Kynock and Soderberg were both released on bail.
