Blue is one of the happiest little dogs we've ever had in our rescue.  She's a perfect ball of joy; just like her momma.  Her entire back-end wiggles with joy when she receives attention from her foster parents or any other person!  She is also overjoyed when one of her adult foster brothers or sisters has time for her.  Just the mere sight of a person or dog makes her wiggle with joy!!!  And, if she's really, really happy, she'll pick up her Nylabone and walk back and forth, wiggling all the while.  The Nylabone looks like a little cigar but, don't worry, she doesn't smoke! 

Blue is absolutely gorgeous.  She's blue (aka gray) with the same markings as a Rottweiler with hints of white.  She's very unique in color and very special in temperament.  An absolute gem!!!

Blue is approximately 7 months of age and weighs approximately 52 pounds.  She's solid but puts on weight easily so we watch what she eats.  Poor girl!!!  Blue is very smart and attentive and loves to make her foster parent's happy!!!!

                      
Blue will make a wonderful addition to anyone's family.  Blue knows basic commands and we're working on leash manners.  She's crate trained (although if you're home and she hears you, she makes monkey sounds in her crate!), UTD on all necessary vaccinations, microchipped, spayed and almost housebroken (it's difficult to housetrain 4 pups at once!)

Background:  Blue and her siblings had a difficult first few weeks!!!  For the first two weeks of their lives, they were kept in a tiny, filthy crate with their mom.  After being taken to the humane society, all the pups came down with pneumonia.  We stepped in to rescue them and two of the puppies were rushed to the emergency vet - one puppy died and one came home. 

Prior to adoption, Blue must be signed up for a basic obedience class at a training center and, thereafter, the adopter must take Blue to one additional obedience class.
