Owen is in desperate need of a foster home. Owen is
a love. He is crate trained, housebroken, basic obedience trained,
neutered and UTD on vaccinations. Owen loves dogs and enjoys
massages from humans. Owen grew up on the streets with people
being very mean to him so he is timid with new people in new
environments. We're hoping to find a foster home that can walk
Owen and get him out in new places so he can see people are really good.
