He's nicknamed Pawbles Wobbles because his
entire body wiggles with a happiness that is contagious to
Pablo is about 3 years of age and weighs approximately 49 pounds. He's our short, stocky little guy with such an enthusiastic outlook on life! He loves, loves to cuddle and be as close as possible to people! As soon as he's close enough, he immediately begins giving kisses. His licker is unstoppable! For those who don't love doggy kisses, Pablo is probably not your kind of dog but for those who love to be showered with affection, this boy will make you feel special every day of his life!
Pablo knows "sit" and "down" and walks well on leash. He really enjoys his walks but is happy just being a couch potato with his foster parents. He is great with his canine foster brothers and sisters and enjoys chasing them around the yard. Pablo is not as playful and energetic as Nelly and Dexter but enjoys chasing Nelly one time around the yard. He also enjoys rolling around on the floor with Norman. When he's had enough, he quietly walks away from the others and goes off on his own. Pablo loves lying in the sun and being close to dogs and people.
Pablo enjoys chewing on his dog toys and bones. He doesn't always share well so we watch him and the other dogs closely but most of the other dogs just let him have the toys if he becomes too pushy. If we see this, we pick up the toys so no one can have them and Pablo is learning that he must share if he wants to play with toys. He really wants to make us happy so once he learns what we want, he tries his best to do what we ask. He's truly amazing.
He loves car rides, is housebroken, fully vaccinated, neutered and microchipped. Pablo is very well behaved in the house. He's great with cats and other dogs. presence. As soon as he hears his fosters, he runs to the nearest
dog toy, picks it up and then immediately approaches his fosters and walks back
and forth with the bone in his mouth, all the while wiggling and wagging and,
often, tap dancing with his front paws! It's absolutely the cutes sight,
and we can't help feel the joy he's displaying!
Pablo absolutely loves his crate. At
night ,we prepare his crate with a comfy bed and blankets and he waits patiently
outside the crate until we're done. As soon as we give him the okay, he
runs in and curls up! He also loves the couch and being right next to his
foster parents. If the other dogs already have all the space near his
people, he jumps up and sits on the dogs to try to move them. If they
don't move, he tries to find a place to sit close to his fosters.
