TRINITY ("TRINNIE") |
Trinity is approximately 2 years of age and weighs around 54 pounds. She is so smart and already knows "sit," "down," "shake," "cage" and much, much more. I was astounded that Trinnie and her canine brother, Gabe, sat in their crates (with the crate doors open, by the way) when I came in the door and only exited the crate when they were asked to come out. What amazing dogs! Wish my dogs did that! Trinity has had a difficult past but is as happy and loving as ever. She can't get enough of people and is everything we want in a pit bull. She has a zest for life that we only see in these dogs and is happy no matter what we're doing as long as she's along for the ride. She loves walks in the park, swimming in the lake (on a long lead, of course!), lying in the sun, riding in the car, ripping her rope bone apart, playing with her canine brother and cuddling on the couch or in the bed with her human mom. Trinnie is amazing and is looking for an amazing forever home. Is that home with you?
Background: Trinity was found as a stray. She was severely emaciated (weighing only 35 pounds and this was immediately after having pups so she was full of milk). Although her pups should not have been weaned, the pups were no where to be found. This is no surprise to us. Generally, the mom dogs are thrown out like trash after they've given birth to their pups. Very sad. Trinity was taken to the local pound and awaiting death when Fido's Companion came to her rescue.
If you are interested in adding Trinnie to your family, please first determine whether you comply with our placement requirements. If you satisfy the placement requirements, please complete and submit the online or pdf placement application. Northeast Ohio placements only. We conduct pre- and post-placement home checks. The placement donation for Trinnie is $125. Please note: Invisible Fencing is not an acceptable means of confinement.
